In pre-design we establish a clear brief and a realistic budget for your project. At the completion of this stage you will be provided with a report detailing the expected process and opportunities of the site based on your project objectives.

Within the concept stage we will then develop your brief into a thoughtful and imaginative design through diagrams, preliminary plans, 3D imagery and precedent projects. This will help you to visualise your project throughout each stage of the process.

Once the concept stage has been approved, we will develop the design further to lock in the construction methods and external building elements.

Once the design is further developed, we then prepare applications for planning development approvals as required by local authorities for your project to proceed to the next stage.

Once the planning application has been approved by Council we commence work on the construction documentation of the building. By consulting with specialists, we are provided with the relevant information to develop a functional and compliant project.

We can assist with your selection of the Contractor who will build your project through a few different ways. Our project experience allows us to offer suggestions on where money can be saved, in addition to where extra spend is justified in order to get the outcomes desired.

During contract administration, the architect will be engaged to observe conformity to the building contract documents (architectural drawings, specifications and schedules) as well as the quality of the outcome. Our role here is to simplify the procurement process and ensure coordination between all parties and reporting regularly to the client regarding time, cost and progress of the construction project.
