I have heard that Architectural design is expensive.

We design for your budget and intended outcome - commonly our clients don’t know what their project will cost when they first approach us so we look into that as a priority in the early design phase.

We believe our fees are transparent and relative for what we produce.
However we should not be compared to Volume builders or Project home builders, and even some of the Design + Build packages that you see where the total design fees are hidden within the construction costs.

Is there a minimum value on the projects that you work on?

Not really, we can assist in the process from about $30k and upwards.

How involved are you during the process?

We are here with you, for as long as you need - in our initial discussions we decide on the level of involvement and the scope of our services. We refer to the Australian Institute of Architects published Client Architect Agreement for the full list of services we can offer.

Do you specialize in any particular style of architecture?

Our style is particular to the site - it evolves along with our client and the neighbourhood context and surroundings. We focus on sustainable materials, modern and timeless design outcomes and future proofing spaces for your intended use.
