The clients: A young family looking to modernise a 1990s built villa.

Inspired by their love of mid-century and art-deco styles, the renovation provided a full home renovation, ready for entertaining.

Working with an apartment-style principle for the kitchen - packing as much into the space as possible  with all equipment hidden or recessed where possible and extra storage is added to utilise the small floor plan.

The laundry space is bright and light with washing baskets & ironing board concealed behind drawer fronts to keep it tidy.
